Go to a professional hair dresser.  You certainly can and will damage your hair maybe beyond repair and it may take years to repair, but if you go to a professional they have special conditioners they can use to help repair the damage you've done to yourself. I know I did this ' bleach thing ' to my hair when I was 15 using a product called " born blond " I don't think it's on the market anymore. My hair felt like hay it was so damaged it took several years and a hair cut ( my hair was way sown my back ) to repair.  Don't make the same mistake.
