As a hair stylist for over 15 yrs, there is nothing I can think of that would be around the house that will fix it. You can buy a blueing shampoo or conditioner that might help if the brassiness isn't to bad, other wise you really need to go to a salon and have a stylist that specializes in blonde color help you because blonde is the hardest color to get right, there are so many different color bases for blondes and if you don't know what you are doing your color could turn ash or blue or green.
I used BLUE MALVA by Aveda, and it worked great.
Silver shampoo found in boots for £2.09 works wonders but usually have to ask to find it!
Soak your hair in tomatoe juice that should help wit your hair problem if not you could always dye it
