I would go to your doctor. Find out what is in the hair dye that you used, you could be having an allergic reaction. My best friend had a reaction to the hair dye that he used, his head itched really bad and then it inflamed, and his head kinda looked like jimmy neutron. But he had a really bad reaction to it. Definitely go to your doctor though, and take the box of hair dye that you used, he can run some tests to see it you are allergic to it. Keep in mind though, even if you used that hair dye once and didn't have a problem you can actually build an allergy to the product.

Now wash your head instead, and make sure you rinse your hair very good.
