The best product to use for a hair dye stain on a Linoleum floor is a nail polish remover. Just put large amounts on cotton or a piece of cloth and scrub the floor with it. The dye stain will be removed. You can also use acetone instead.
Try a bit of your activator. It contains the peroxide that bleaches your hair before the color sinks in, so should work to remove the dye from the floor as well.
Make a paste of Oxi Clean, spread on stain and let dry. I have found that anti-bacterial liquid
soap is great for removing stains on hands. It may work on the floor stain. Don't use acetone. It will damage the finish of the linoleum.

To get the hair dye out, just use more hair dye, next time you do your hair get a little bit on a sponge or tissue and the rub it on the affected area and it should get rid of it, let me know how you go, it works for me and I'm a hairdresser and I do my hair at home and have teenagers who do their own hair and they get it everywhere so I'm always having to clean it up :)
If the linoleum is white you can try using a Mr. Clean magic eraser. It works well on most dyes, even black if it's treated quickly enough. An alternative is to try bleaching the area. Of course if the linoleum is coloured these options will not work and the flooring may have to be replaced.
Talk to your local hairdresser they should be able to answer that for you..
