Do a deep conditioner at least three times a week. Or a reconstructor. Something you can do at home is buy a conditioner at a salon for damaged or colored hair and while your lounging at home put it on your damp hair and cover it with a shower cap. It helps if you work up a sweat because your body heat opens your hair cuticle, then after like 15 to 20 mins rinse it with cold water to close your hair cuticle. You can dry it and feel a difference immediately. *nikki
Get a good shampoo it will cost you but it well be worth it. Or ask a hair stylist she can give you better tips than I can!
