If your stylist forgot to apply neutralizer after your perm, there is no reason for you to be concerned that your hair will fall out. That will not happen. However, your perm may loosen or the curl may fall.
Applying a light weight conditioner will neutralize your hair by restoring your hair to the proper ph level.

You should be taking extra care of your hair now. And no don't worry your hair won't fall off. You should also try Curl n' Lock after perm shampoo. It is really good. Here's the website.

Nothing to worry about....The neutralizer is what locks in the curl.  The only problem your going to have is that your perm won't hold.  It's probably already straight.

Don't believe people who tell you not to have a perm straightened. There are safe methods.

If you get a perm that you absolutely hate. You can safely have it removed in a salon. I did. It is a very safe and effective product put out by Rusk. My hair was healthier after I had this done than it was before I permed. However, the texture of your hair will again be altered, meaning if you had wavy hair before the perm and then had it straightened, it will no longer be wavy.

This process was a life savor for me and I heard it works for natural curls as well.

You are safe, the only thing is the neutralizer locks the perm in so needless to say your perm will not hold.

Don't worry nothing will happen to your hair, the only thing that would happen is that the perm will not hold any curl. And if you still want curl, you'll just have to get another perm.
