When washing your hair....massage your scalp with your fingers with pressure. It helps the hair pop up to the surface, which helps hair grow faster. I got my hair to grow really fast by doing this.
Believe it or not...first thing is to stay away from thiings like hair-spray...it will make your hair brittle and break off...stay away from hair-dressing products. My brother is an awsome hair-stylest, he is the only one I let touch my hair, which is down to my butt...do-not perm or use those crazy hair colors that seem to be in-style...trim off about 1/4 inch of hair each month. use a good shampoo(I alternate between regular dove and thermasilk ) and cream-rinse...I always brush my hair gently for a couple of minutes before showering then rub the cream-rinse through well and brush it in the shower then rinse. I have virtually no split ends and my hair is baby-fine. then once evry couple of months I put johnson & johnson creamy baby lotion in it over night. my hair is silky soft and I can use a comb on it not just a brush.
I have thick Nappie hair how can I get it to grow faster
Proven fact is that jello or gelltin caps work real fast... Just add to your daily meals
By only using coconut oil and some healthy diet!!
Have you ever heard of "Maine 'n Tail"? It's a shampoo for horses, but it also is made for human use. Try it, it worked for me. Hope this helps, good luck.
Easy. Make sure you do NOT have ANY toxic hair treatment. Then, wash your hair for 5-10 minutes and then dry it, THEN, put in some lotion in your hair, re-wash, and dry it in SUN ONLY.
Put lime extract oil in your shampoo or conditioner, you can just get it at any kind of health food store usually. And just keep using it on the daily, you'll have major results, at least I did, I love it.
First off, the hair must be healthy; exposure to plenty of oils and proteins help in establishing this. One way to do this is to whip eggs (like making an omelet or scrambled eggs) and apply it to your hair. Also oatmeal mixtures (like what's in Avino) will help, too. Simply let it soak for 30-60 minutes & then rinse out. Follow this with a very good conditioner with a heavier moisturizer content.

You cannot. You have to wait for it to grow super slow. ~*M*~
