Well back when I use to smoke my hair use to grow a hell of a lot fast, I use to have to dye it ever other week. I had stopped smoking for a few years now and my hair doesnt even grow close to how fast it use to, so I think it would be a yes, but it is also how your body takes the chemicals thats is in it & it doesnt have to be even laced. Everything has a chemical compound

Maybe its true but instead of killing your brain cells , I suggest you to just keep your hair healthy, clip your ends wich is about 1 inch and wash and condition it often
