Can You Swim After Coloring Your Hair?

Yes you can. You don't want to do it directly after but if you colored your hair blonde they say too much chlorine can make it turn green. That is only after you swim a lot. But swimming will usually not hurt colored hair.

If you are swimming in a chlorinated pool, suggest you apply a heavy conditioner or a product such as (Frizz Ease), to protect your hair from absorbing the chlorine before going in the pool.
Chlorine can attach to all hair types and especially to chemically treated hair and is pretty much impossible to remove.
People who often swim in chlorinated pools without using a bathing cap or some sort of protection for their hair usually end up with dry, brittle, coated, crunchy hair which can have a greenish cast to it.
