How Do You Spot A Fake Gucci Horsebit?

You know your Gucci bag is not an original when the label screams Gucci. Go over the bag thoroughly. Look for any misspellings in the name or in the writings on the label.

Some standard telltale sings include the poor quality stitching, materials and packaging. Thoroughly go over your bag before committing to any purchase.

No, you will not find that dreamy genuine Gucci horsebit bag in the trunk of some stranger's car, no matter what the 'salesman' says. Watch out for even the seemingly 'decent' shops. Your best bet (no matter how had on your wallet) is one of the high end stores or an original Gucci showroom. Keep in mind that you can also order your coveted Gucci handbag on the official Gucci website.

HI I do consignment and it is upscale only- I have had some suspicious customers tell me that their items are authentic, I have done my research and caught one lady on herCoach purse's and now I am worried about some Louis Vuitton & Gucci Scarves I have, can you direct me to a site that gives me details on how to spot what is fake and what is authentic. I didn't have a problem finding the Coach desciptions but I'm having troubles looking up Louis Vuitton and Gucci scarves? Thank you!

All Gucci bags and wallets have a serial number, although so do some of the good fakes (if there is such a thing) the font is always off.

I am having troubling see if the scarves are real or not, I looked on the Gucci sites and the tags all look black, and the one scarf I have that is throwing me off- the tag is white and it just reads GUCCI and on the back is numbers.. It doesn't say made in USA or CHINA (tells right off that it's fake!) I have an Ebay store, too - I do not want to Sell Fakes to people! On EBAy or in the Store! IT's WRONG!
