You should call the person who pierced it for you,they will tell you exactly what to do. I had to take mine out because it wouldn't heal. Every time I woke up skin had grown over it and my nose was swollen, I did every thing I was suppose to do but my nose swelled so big and it hurt a lot more than it should so I took it out. The same thing happened to a few of my friends but theirs healed.
