If it's healed then no it will not hurt. I have my lip pierced and my boyfriend likes to gently pull on it when were kissing, it's not painful, but it's pretty sexy ;]

No it doesnt hurt; but your not suppose to kiss others if your lip is newly pierced. If you do be sure to brush your teeth and rinse with alcolhal free mouth wash or sea salt!!! To keep your piercing from getting infected.
Lol, no (: Probably only right after you get it done or for a few weeks after. If you've had them for a couple weeks you don't even notice them (me and my bf both have them)
