Can I Cover Up My Red Hair Dye With Black?

Yes, it will work. It might even make it have a red tent in the sunlight, that I think would be beautiful. Be careful with the black hair dye tho, it did more damage to my hair then bleach did. And black hair dye lasts forever, unless you strip it. Soooo make sure you want black. .....like they say once you go black you never go back...lol jk

Dying your hair a darker color coats the hair so yes, unless it not a good dye. It may turn purple when it fades. Make sure you keep it in for as long as it says, maybe a few minutes longer. Black dye won't damage your hair if its kept in too long. It isn't bleach.

Well dye your hair that will compliment your skin tone so if you have fair skin, dye your hair blonde but if you have olive skin tone, than auburn. If you have a dark complexion, than dark brown is the best.

Noooo,don't do it ! Truckers will slow down for a brunette and stop for a blonde.But they'll always back up for a redhead lol !

I would leave well alone because hair dyes are chemicals and just could cause problems and there is nothing wrong with your red hair so don't hide it.
