How Do You Make Leg Hair Grow Back Faster?

Why would you want to have your leg hair grow back faster?  I am confused.  If it is because you shaved your legs, well give it two to three weeks, or even better a month and there no doubt will be enough regrowth for you to wax your legs and get those suckers.

Same question, but its because I shaved and I'm getting black spots on my legs, really tiny ones. I want to wax them as soon as they come back but they wont grow fast enough!

You shaved up didn't you? This causes ingrown hairs and may not grow back for a couple months - a year
