Use Olive oil as this makes your hair very silky as well as thicker and promotes hair growth which is a sign of thick healthy hair.
First heat the oil in a microwave for 5 seconds
Use half a cup of heated olive oil and massage it onto your hair and scalp for 10 minutes and then wash it. You may need to shampoo your hair twice to get the olive oil right out.
Take Biotin. Its a hair, skin and nail vitamin.you can buy it at any drug/health store.. Or even wal mart. I used it and my hair went from shoulder length to butt length in no time...but be patient. Wash your hair regularly and massage shampoo into scalp. Brush it a lot.. Trim the ends often...take care of it! Lay off or reduce usage of the heated appliances.; they kill your hair! Take it from me..its a testimony(:
Generally fine or thin hair can normally look limp or flat. You can make your hair look thicker by using different methods.
Select a body-building shampoo and conditioner, but make sure that you apply a light conditioner because heavy conditioners can make your hair go flat. Make sure that ingredients like proteins, silicone polymers or even polymeric quanternium compounds are present in the shampoo. Generally these compounds stick by your hair shaft and make it look thicker and fuller. Apply a small quantity of a styling product like a mousse, hair gel or even hairspray. Run your fingers all through your hair and make sure that the product is applied nicely to the roots. Now lift and scrunch your hair. Now let your hair dry on its own, you can even dry it with the help of a blow-dryer, this will make your hair thick and give it a fuller look.
Use shampoo once a week or in 15 days. Don't overuse the shampoo. Chemical Conditioners will damage your hair. Try to use natural shampoos, I know they are expensive, but when you use it once in 15 days, it will not effect your budget. Secondly, Take vitamin E supplements. Vitamin E is the food of the hair. Apply raw egg and henna on your hair (at least once a week). Don't waste your time and money on hair energizers , they all contain above mentioned ingredients. Regularly apply hair oil (I would recommend jojoba hair oil).
Take a nickel sized amount of shampoo and apply it to your hair, after take both hands and with the finger tips massage your scalp. Do this for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly. You should have thicker hair.

Hair thickness depends on genes and hair type. If you want healthy hair growth, it can be boosted by Biotin. 5000mcg daily cando wonders for your skin, hair, and nails. Flax seed gives hair and nails strength. If you take prenatal vitamins, you can improve all of that, plus help your bones. Also, take a super B complex at night and Niacin (flush free 500mg). While taking these will improve your hair, nails, skin, and bones, you will also lower your cholesterol and improve your nervous system. Warning though, all these vitamins will make your urine highlighter yellow. You have no need to worry, it's an enzyme in the B vitamin that causes that; it's not dangerous. You can find all of these anywhere, but may get your best deals at Walmart, Kmart, or Target.
Massage your scalp with Olive Oil. It will keep your hair from growing grey as well! Just massage the roots every so often, let it settle for a bit (perhaps tie it in a braid), and then wash it out like your regularly do. You can even find shampoos and conditioners enriched with Olive Oil if you don't want to do it the old fashioned way.
Use prenatal vitamins to make your hair grow faster, and use a volumizing spray before you blowdry. If you don't blow dry your hair - start - that is a big reason why people's hair feels lifeless and not full. Try Bumble and Bumble thickening Spray
You could make that happen by using professional shampoos such as TRESemme and Herbal Essences. If this doesn't work, then try putting oil on your hair. NOT any old oil like olive oil, but proper hair oil. You can get this from any Indian Cash and Carry. Also try coconut oil. To make your hair grow thicker naturally, you can eat vitamin C foods, like Oranges! Hope this helps!
You could use horse shampoo. My friend used it and her hair is really thick. And if you don't like it you can always thin it out again but the right amount :)
