Yes but it is not strongly recommended, because it causes breakage and may cause your hair to fall out. It's best to wait a minimum of week but best to wait two weeks. I have worn braids weave, and natural all year this year and no perms and now it has grown a lot we are ready for my perm and we're waiting a week or so :)
