You will need to purchase the perm solution, wet your hair, lightly towel dry it, comb out any tangles, apply the perm solution to your hair being careful not to get it in your eyes, then take a wide toothed comb or a large double dipped pick and gently comb through your hair. Let it sit for 5 to 7 minutes, then rinse your hair REALLY WELL. Gently towel off the hair, (it is in a vulnerable stage at this point because the cuticle is open and the bonds are broken down), then apply the neutralizer, (which will put the bonds back together). Once you have the neutralizer on, GENTLY comb through the hair with the wide toothed comb or large double dipped plastic pick until the hair is relatively straight. Let the neutralizer sit on your hair for 5 minutes, then rinse well, lightly shampoo and then condition your hair.
