Hey. Asian male here. My hair always sticks out on the sides and top. It looks really bad. Does anyone know what do do with this kind of hair?

You probably have cowlicks.  The scourge of all who want well organized hair.  Cowlicks are impossible to defeat.  Try a longer hair style.  Try long hair and pull it into a man bun.  It's very popular now.  I knew a Japanese-American guy with waist-length hair.  Total chick magnet.

I have a similar problem ... MY solution: Cut it short.  Like a crew cut.
