Greetings Novice Hair Colorer!:
You have come to the right place & lucky for you... The right woman.
In order to properly answer you question, you need to provide me with some specifics; "blond streak" "black guy with normal hair" are considerably ambiguous. What color "balck" are you, since we all come in varying shades from Ivory to Ebony.. And of course everything in between. Try givng me an actual color name to your skintone.. That is important to know as well..... You do not want a blond that does anything but compliment your skintone....
First off.. Exactly where on your hair do you want this streak? - because you didn't mention that; then, last but not least.. What is your definition of "normal hair" being a black woman, I know that can mean just about anything, since black people are the only race of people on the planet with hair ranging from the straightest of straight to the kinkiest of kink. When describing yourself/hair or anything about yourself where the other party cannot see you physically, you must be clear about those dynamics. Then there's hair thickness as well as texture; also has your hair ever been compromised?-- meaning: Done anything to it aside from being natural. Get my drift?
Let's start a dialogue -- I've been coloring my hair for over 25 years and every other dynamic that accompanies hair coloring. Get to answering my questions above, and maybe you could get lucky as well as looking good once you do.
