I have been a hairstylist for 15 years and normally I like to see the person, but going on the information you gave I would suggest highlights and using 2 different shades of blonde. That will keep your hair looking more natural with 2 different shades and soft. I wouldn't recommend coloring your whole head solid blonde because you will see regrowth with in 2 weeks and your natural color will look really dark compared to the blonde, and to keep it looking good you will have to color every 2 to 3 weeks. Hilights are very hard to do if you are not a stylist. So go to a hair stylist that you know that does a lot of hilights and does them well.I have seen a lot of highlights really messed up by people that don't know how to do them right and it is very hard to fix. Good luck

Well I have in between light brown hair and dark brown hair dark brown eyes and pale skin I think that a red brown colour would suite you I had that done but not permanent I got it in a box just to see what it is like I'm 12 but I'm not having it done permanent till I'm 14 but I might not even have it permanent then I don't know at the moment but anyway I think a red brown colour would suit you or dark brown or a light brown
hope my advice helped bye xxx (the hairdressers I sometimes go to don't allow dye till your 14 because it doesn't look right on small kids and my mum won't let me till I'm 14 maybe older she thinks the same too)

It just all depends what you look like. No one can make that judgment because colors really do not mean a thing if no one knows what you look like. But if you really want to dye your hair blonde...then I would suggest buying a blonde wig if you would not like to take the risk of dying your hair because if you don't like it, you can dye it back brown...but sometimes it won't come out the right brown afterwards.
