What colour would look best on the following: Pale skin tone, med/dark brown hair, dark brown eyes?

Green or blue.  Try to stay away from black or brown unless your hair is up. :)

It depends on what you are talking about. For clothes, Blue or green always look best on me and I have those same features. Black makes me look too much like a goth, but brown looks good. As far as make up goes, purple or brown eyeshadow and a peach or pink lipstick... Lighter colors are best.
