I have pale skin (can't tan for nothing), blue eyes and light brown hair as well, and I wear turquoise, purples/plums, light blues-royal blues everything in between, deep greens and just plain jane crayon green, browns are gorgeous, and grays-make our eyes pop when you have a silk/satin color under (like a suit with pink/light blue blouse under)! I'm not sure if thats what colors I'm supposed to wear but for me it works and looks amazing. Good luck!
