Teal or green usually looks phenomenal on blue eyed blondes. I would stay away from black as it will wash out your complexion. I would also steer clear of reds for the same reason, and it tends to make pale skin (I suffer from very pale skin as well) look blotchy. Find a dress that brings out a feature that you like on yourself. If you like your shoulders, then try a strapless dress. If you like your legs, show them off in a dress that falls a bit above the knees. If it's your breasts that you like, try a dress with a neckline that shows "the girls" off a bit (but not too much!). The important thing is that you feel comfortable in whatever dress you choose. Have fun trying stuff on and be sure to accessorize accordingly!

I think royal blues, browns, and gold to match your hair. Also, as I am also quite pale, blonde, and I have blue eyes, I find that red lipstick, and red clothing stands out and makes my skin look more radiant. Maybe try deep purple?
Are you kidding, sounds to me like you have one the of ultimate looks to pull of most colours - if all else fails though... Try black :) my sister has the same characteristics that you do, and she looks hot in everything! Lucky you!
