I think tattoos are ugly on girls too. I agree with the others above who are constantly disappointed when they see a tattoo on an otherwise pretty girl. It's a complete turnoff. Unclassy too. I think it also demonstrates a degree of sheep-like herd-following behavior, and for that it's actually quite useful to me : A visible marker of the quality of a girl's mind.
Tattoos look ugly, on anyone. They destroy beauty completely. As for piercings, it depends what type. In my opinion, nose studs and monroes look pretty hot, and they're probably the only ones I could stand on a girl, but all the rest, especially septums, snake bites, belly and tongue piercings, are simply the ugliest things ever created. What makes it worse is that this generation of girls actually think they're hot and "attractive", and so they can't wait to get them. You also see a hell of a lot of them on social networking sites with close-up pictures of their piercings, thinking they're going to secure some guy into going out with them, and that really just sucks. I'd definitely date a girl without piercings/tattoos over one that has them, any day.
All tattoos are automatically ugly. Like the other commenter, I am constantly disappointed when I see hot girls, then notice they have ruined their hotness with tattoos. Piercings are unattractive too, but at least they're not permanent like tattoos.
I have to say that to me tattoos and piercings take away from the natural beauty of girls. My heart sinks to the pit of my stomach when I see a beautiful girl then notice she has stupid tattoos and piercings. Please keep in mind that you may have a future guy that don't like them and its not fair to mutilate your body and him have to put up with it cause he likes your mind.
Tattoos are nasty on women, always. Girls, if you want to look good, DON'T get a tattoo ever. They just look crappy. What happened to class? Stop messing up your body. Tattoos just look bad on anybody, but especially on one of natures most perfect creation, the female body. My girlfriend. Piercings are ok, just don't go nuts.
This is really a question that is best asked to each individual person. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Tom might think that tats and piercings are the most repulsive thing that a woman can do...while Brad thinks that it is the most appealing thing. It is all in the way that each person perceives things. Sorry is that was vague and didn't help. I have tats and piercings and get good responses other than from my parents...;)
Hot! But what the tattoos are is more important then how many or where imho. I myself have a couple, but I am a tattoo STICKLER. I refuse to get one unless I have a strong emotional connection to the image and spend a lot of time thinking about and sketching what will be in my skin forever. Girls that get butterflys/dolphins/generic cute animal tattoos, or like tribal armband tats are HUGE turnoffs for me, they just say that "I am completely unoriginal and wanted to rebel against my parents". I get tats to remind me of people that inspired me, things I love, or ideas that I live by. Ladies, if you are considering getting inked, first think about why. Are you doing it to prove a point? Or are you doing it because you want a piece of art , a very important memory, or substantial idea unique to you to live in your skin? It should always, always, always be the second option.
Piercings depend on the person. I like almost all kinds of body piercings. Bit pickier about face piercings, like for instance I am not a huge fan of girls with septum piercings, or just a lot of face piercings in general. I think lip, eyebrow, or the small dermals near the eye are very sexy though :)
Girls with tattoos personally to me...are an epic fail. As life goes on we constantly change and adapt. Why would someone do something or put something so permanent to brand themselves to a particular moment or thought process for life? With beauty that is God given why tarnish that?
I have 8 piercings including my stretched ears! I am not a "herd follower" by looking the way I do. I feel like I am not boring, if everyone looked the same it'd be boring. It's "herd following" to dress normal like everyone else. Not everyone likes them so what? Does it matter what others think about you? No if YOU think it looks good it does. If you're looking for a boyfriend or future lover they should be proud of your piercings and tattoos, show you off and still think you are beautiful. Besides I think I am beautiful this way, you are surely mistaken to think that you can just decide to mess with a person who wants to look this way. I am 24 years old, I've had my modifications since I was 13, I have size 1 inch lobes and nice dread locks. I have a fiance who is about the same and loves every inch of me. So I feel women are beautiful naturally, but they're even MORE beautiful with piercings and tattoos! :)
I have nine tattoos. Mine, while discreet, tell a story. My story. They are personal to me. Do they take away from the "natural beauty" I have? No. Do they take away from who I am as a person? No. They add to me. I am proud of them and that's what makes me beautiful. We should be focusing on the beauty on the inside and letting that be reflected out. We should be helping girls realize they are beautiful tattooed or not. Now, if a girl had random, cheap, and impersonal tattoos, it would be different. But it still doesn't change the fact that they are beautiful on the inside.
Girls with tattoos and piercings are very hot.I believe it compliments there current beauty.But it depends where she has tattoos and what of.Too many tats all over her body don't look good.but some art of small or mid-size tats on her back,side,or front is very sexy.
Women are beautiful, tattooed or not tattooed. And whether or not tattoos ruin beauty (which I think is complete bullcrap), I got my tattoos to please myself, so if a future love interest doesn't like it, who cares?! Millions of fish in the sea... People that are that concerned about others having tattoos are control freaks anyway. And by the way, to counter the previous post, class comes from the INSIDE...
hmm that's an interesting question. Whateva happened to that famous saying "it's what's on the inside that counts not the outside"? I have two tattoos I got them done because they mean something to me. And to all the guys that say it's ugly for girls to have tatts because it ruins their body that's bullshyt. But hey everyone is entitled to their own opinion! But in saying that, I have a question if a guy is hot and has a dickhead personality does that make it all gud? If my man eva pulled shyt like that I'd tell him to piss off and find him some other woman to controll.
I'm a girl, I'm only 16 so I can't have tottoos yet but I intent to get quite a few - I even want to be a tattoo artist! - I used to have 13 piercings but now I only have 8 - I do think if you have a badly done tattoo or piercing it looks bat but generally I think they are pretty, show people who you are, and just look amazing!!
