If you mean a thesis for an essay or paper, then possibly something about health or FDA regulations that a tattoo or piercing business has abide by, or if there are none, then what you think they should abide by. Some research would have to be done and you could show how many are closed down and why. OR maybe talk about the tattoo subjects and pictures that past veterans received and compare them to the subjects and pictures of tattoos today.
