I Have Dark Brown Curly Hair I Want Some Blue Highlights But Will It Look Good Or Should I Try Clip On Hair Extensions First So Then Ill Know If I Wanna Get Blue Highlights Or Just Keep With The Extensions Plz Help?

keep with extensions as they allow you the greatest choice range , ease of changing again and all the while maintains the good condition of your hair.
Bleaching out curly hair is extremely hard on it and dries it out . On the up side  adding clip ons or other pieces looks so much more natural in curly hair than people with straight hair.

Try clip on hair extensions first to find out if blue matches your own color well. Clip on hair extensions are very easy to apply and remove so if you want change color or just do not need the highlight any more, you can remove them in seconds. Also this will not damage your own hair.

Clip on would be way better just in case you don't like it, smart one.
