Once if you still want healthy hair but, you can dye it twice , it does do damage to your hair. You will still be o.k. Your hair isn't going to fall out if it's your first time but, you might want to treat it with a good conditioning and stay away from any hair tools, like curling irons , straighteners and rollers.
