No, hair loss due to menopause is from the hormones and taking biotin will not change that at all. I'm suffering from hair loss too due to perimenopause and anemia and have been taking Biotin for about 5 months. My hair is growing everywhere all over even on my head but it does nothing to stop it from falling out.
