No, hair loss due to menopause is from the hormones and taking biotin will not change that at all. I'm suffering from hair loss too due to perimenopause and anemia and have been taking Biotin for about 5 months. My hair is growing everywhere all over even on my head but it does nothing to stop it from falling out. I highly recommend the website Womens Hair Loss Project, it has helped me soooooo much and I've learned a lot from interacting with the women that have been dealing with this for a long time. Also I was surprised to find out that really really young women are suffering with this frustrating problem, more people deal with it than you think, they just don't talk about it openly. If you do nothing else please go to that website it has been a Godsend for me. Good luck.
