Yes swimming in the salt water would be ok..but you do need to take some triple antibiotic ointment and a bandage for when you get out you need to cover it from the sun and the ointment would help moisten it back up so colors stay bright, but please note that sun to any tattoo is bad it will make it fade..have fun!
