If you want to take a perm out of your hair, you can go back to the salon that did your perm and ask them remove the tangles from your hair, then wet your hair down, towel dry it, apply perm solution, gently comb through with a double dipped plastic wide toothed pick or a wide plastic comb. Leave the solution in for 5 to 7 minutes. Rinse really well, gently towel blot the hair and apply the neutralizer for 5 minutes, then rinse.
