It will take at least six months after chemotherapy to rid the hair of the chemo.
Suggest you wait because the chemicals in the perm can have an adverse reaction to the medicine in the hair and cause major breakage/damage.
You can massage your scalp daily, eat healthy, take hair care vitamins, layer your hair and keep it trimmed about every 4 to 6 weeks. This will speed up hair growth and most of the chemo treated hair can be cut off.
