Clean with all of the above listed items. But clean often. Not once a day, not twice a day. Clean as often as you can!! This will work. It will slow down the outbreaks.... And then YOU will slow down your cleaning. Don't do it!! Keep treating, even after you have controlled the outbreaks. You can win, kester. Good Luck, Buddy!!!!

You can use Himalaya neem face wash, it is curing well. But check whether it suits your skin. If this doesn't work out apply a mixture of lemon, curd , rose water and Raw Bengal gram powder(Kadala mavu). This also works. Check it out!

Here are some ideas...exfoliate! I like to use st. Ives apricot scrub after cleansing. Extracting is a good option, but don't use your fingers! Your hands will only produce more oil--not what you want. Also, by using your hands to squeeze the matter out of your skin, you are setting yourself up for broken capillaries and a red tone to your skin. Get a tool at a beauty supply store. While you are there, pick up pore cleansing strips or blackhead removing mask...this stuff is cool, it dries to your skin and lifts the blackheads out when you peel it off. Facials are nice, especially one that truly exfoliates like a truly. I think that blocked pores are also a result of oily hair follicles, so having your face waxed could help. The biggest thing? Nutrition. If your body does not handle dairy well, oily, congested skin is a fist sign

Use black head remover facial cleansers and a gentle face cleanser to remove dead skin cells (doesnt matter what order). It takes a while though (about a week or two) but it does really work and you notice that the black heads are shrinking. Drinks LOTS of water and other healthy foods but do not eat junk food often. Fruits like strawberry are really good and their sweet so it stops for your craving of sweet stuff. I highly recommend the black head strip stuff.

Hey Robyn, You don't need medications, but cleansing your face with whatever agrees with your skin helps. Depends on how many you've got, and well if you pick them out, you may be left with patches all over your face. Good cleansing is the answer and they may not go overnight but they will go....

I also have blackheads on my nose, in my ears, on my chin, my back, forehead and chest! I really hate them because like no one else in my year has many spots - just me. First I tried using pore strips but they only got rid of the really tiny blackheads that I didn't know I had and not the really big noticeable ones in the middle of my face! Now, I get my mum to squeeze the spots on my face and in my ears which is helping a bit - finally! I went to the doctor and they gave me a 'TOPICAL' called something like DALACIN C which I put on after washing my face before I got to bed and when I get up in the morning. You can get strong and less strong versions of it. I have a stronger version. Another way to get rid of the oil in the skin which produce blackheads and spots is to wash your face more often and don't touch or rub your skin as your hands are dirty and will just make them worse. Hope I helped x

Personally, I just pop them.
As soon as you squeeze the black head, the white sebum comes out.
If you leave the sebum in your pour, it will most likely become irritated and turn into a red pimple.
The problem with it turning into a red pimple is that, it is not just a normal pimple. You cannot pop it and must wait until the irritation comes down.

Best Advice: Squeeze the sebum out, if its too late... Don't touch it! If you do, it will be a longer process to heal and it will be red, irritated, and unattractive!

This works a little bit personally I would rate it a 5 out of 10 but get a warm towel and place it on your blackheads for 10 minutes Then wash the area with some warm water and soap then put an oil free moisturizer on the spot.. THEN rub it with rubbing alcohol for 5 minutes. Beware it DOES burn. Your eyes may water. Good luck!

When your skin gets oily, usually around your nose area and you don't wash your face, blackheads and other pimples occur!! (as I have experienced) the best thing to do is to clean your face with a wet towel, pat dry it, use a cleansing lotion and then half an hour later, moisturise. Pimples will then start to disappear. If they don't (which is rare) use your fingers and squeeze them!

best way is-no foundation(powder or liquid) it just clogs the pores and causes breakouts...also dont wash your face with regular soap because it drys the skin and makes it more prone to acne..just wash your face everyday with some kind of facial was..i use a brand called "simple" and it will clear up-and eventually it will even your skin tone and then get your naturall glow back..... :D hope i helped:)

Get some cooked oatmeal and some honey. 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1/4 cup of honey! Then put it on your nose for ten minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
