I spot treat pimples with rubbing alcohol; sometimes I put hydrogen peroxide all over my face for fifteen minutes then rinse; I exfoliate my face every other day gently with a sudsy rag;

Everybody's different, but I think dove bar soap works best for cleansing gently. My favorite oil free moisturizer substitute is the Aloe Vera gel meant for sunburns. I use it everyday after washing my face before bed.

Going on a low fat diet has also seemed to help, but sometimes hormones are just bad. There are lots of horror stories and side affects from using prescription stuff, so I'd steer clear of those. Good luck!

Got to have some kind of routine and discipline in terms of what you do physically and what you eat.

As for the first, need to have an active lifestyle. Trying to sweat out everyday after work. Could be jogging/running in the treadmill, depends on you. In my case, I have been experiencing low esteem everytime I got pimples on my face so I try to make time to adjust and work out.

Also the best vitamins for acne are A, C, E and zinc. This works on me. :)

This will help get rid of pimples once you do get them. Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon Epsom salts and stir to dissolve. Remove from the heat and add 6 drops of lavender essential oil and 6 drops tea tree essential oil. Allow to cool enough so that it will not burn, then dip a cotton ball into the solution and apply the to affected area. The remainder of the solution can be stored and reheated at a later time.
As far as reducing the amount of acne, try getting some strawberries and mash them. Then use as a mask. Some ointments that are prescribed use a derivative of strawberries.Here you came to know that How to remove pimples?
