I gauged my ears to a 16 and it didn't hurt at all. . . Then again I can tolerate pain. Honestly, it doesn't hurt as much people say it does, just a little sting and thats all, just take it one size at a time, liek go to a 18, then a 16, then so on, that way, it won't hurt as bad as going from a 20 to a 14 :3
^^ puwhaha all of those gauges are soo small.
Mine are bigger than the size of a quarter, I am at an inch.
Don't be a baby DO ITTTT

Are you talking about stretching them from a smaller hole or going straight to a larger gauge (just so you know the word gauge is used to describe the size of the hole)? It doesn't sound like you really know much about this so before you do anything visit BMEzine for more information. The site isn't being updated at the moment but there is still a vast amount of information available on this and many other modification practices. Research!
Yeah...but gauges are thicker. Is it possible to post pics as an answer? If so, I'll try and find a picture.

No, nvm, I tried.
But here:
If you don't know what gauges are, you can Google Image 'ear gauges' and see that they're basically really thick earrings. Think of it like instead of a normal piercing from a needle...it's like a piercing from a hole puncher.

Gauged? You mean pierced? If so, I would say one. It doesn't hurt at all.
I gauged mine from a 20 to a 10, it didn't hurt that bad.
My friend did it for me at school in the middle of the hall. Haha
