I would think it to be very painful done all at once. I would research a little more.
Will not hurt too bad as that area is not well covered by nocioreceptors, but I do not know if you can get them all at once.
I got my industrial and that is two ear holes, done one RIGHT after the other. The first hole hurt worse for me, because they pierced the top cartilage first.
