How Can You Hide Your Lip Piercing When You First Get It?

You cannot hide it when you first get it peirced because of swelling and taking it out too early runs the risk of infection. After about a week you can replace your hoop (unless you did it yourself this is what you'll usually get peirced with) with a stud. Turn it inside out so the ball is on the inside and then you can apply makeup to it. I don't really suggust this though because again , you run the risk of infection.

I thought the whole reason for getting piercings was to visually express yourself to others.
If its just 'someone' you're trying to hide it from, you're only delaying the inevitable, and after time has passed, it might seem like its 'old' by then, but it will still be 'new' to the person you concealed it from
