To protect our feet from injury and disease and make walking safer and better, also to help support the back. Our feet bear all of our weight

The funny thing is that wearing shoes does not make walking better and it actually hurts our back. The whole point of our feet is to bear the weight of our body. When you wear shoes you actually hurt your body because the fact that your shoe cannot function correctly, plus wearing shoes makes you walk wrong because shoes keep your feet still while people who go barefoot have healthier feet because of how the foot is designed. When we wear sheos it biologicallly alters the way the foot supposedbe

So we don't hurt our feet walking bare footed...
Also so we can have something to keep our feet warm during winter
