The best way to take care of your skin is by drinking 8-10 glasses of water every day. Cleansing, toning and moisturizing are a proven set of three steps to make your skin look clean and flawless. Have an apple or tomato on a daily basis. Drink fresh fruit juice and vegetable juices because they replenish your skin. Apply slices of cucumber on your eyes to get rid of the dark circles around your eyes. You will also not develop crow feet due to regular application of cucumber slices. Do not apply soap because it contains harmful chemicals which can harm your skin. You can use a mild face wash as a cleansing agent.

Use a quality sunscreen lotion, preferably after consulting a dermatologist. She will be able to examine your skin type and texture, and give you the right kind of sun-screen lotion with the right SPF. Apply minimal make up and cosmetics because they harm your face in the long run. However, you can apply a natural face-mask. Exercise a lot because it gives a natural glow on your skin and removes all the toxins naturally.

Drink lots of water everyday.  Eat good foods.  Get plenty of sleep.  Keep clean.  Consider using homemade skin care products made with natural ingredients.  Most commercial skin care products contribute to poor skin conditions, dull skin, acne, dry skin, and much more, due to their harsh ingredients.  I prefer to use homemade mild and gentle skin care products with natural ingredients that are healthful and nourishing for skin.  A lot of goat milk bath and body products contain good natural vitamins:  A, B, C, D E and K since they are found in goat milk itself.  Goat milk aids in the regeneration of collagen under the skin  It diminishes the signs of aging.  It keeps skin close to its natural pH level.

Drink lots of water and eat healthy foods. You also shouldn't use soap because it dries your skin out.
