Place 1 tablespoon chopped comfrey leaves and 1 tablespoon chamomile in 1/2 cup boiled water. Cover and steep 10 minutes, then strain. Add 3 tablespoons plain yoghurt and apply to the face and neck. Lie quietly and cover the eyes with cotton pads dipped in the chamomile/comfrey water and relax until the mask is set. Rinse with warm water and apply toner.
You can also do this recipe with oatmeal instead of yoghurt. Just put the dry oatmeal in a blender to powder it and add in place of the yoghurt. Let set as above and rinse with warm water.
