How Can I Bleach My Hair Without Using Bleach?

You can't bleach your hair without using bleach made for hair.
As you probably know, do not ever use regular household bleach on your hair.
  You can bring your hair up to a blonde color if your hair is light brown, by mixing a very light ash blonde color with 30 to 40 volume developer, but recommend that you use a frosting cap if you use 40 volume because it is very strong and will most likely irritate your scalp if applied straight on the scalp.
  If you have medium brown hair, and you use this formula, you will end up with golden blonde hair.
If your hair is dark brown or black, you will end up with reddish orange hair.

Depends on the colour of your hair. When you have dark hair you bleach it, using 20 or 30 volume developer and bleach powder you might find at any sally's. When you have medium brown to blonde hair you can use a level 10 or 11 0r 12 box from any walmart, or just go to a salon and have your hair professionally done.

You can use peroxide if that doesnt work you will have to find something else
