I know various kinds of tips and ideas that can help you to improve your skin complexion but I don't know what is your skin type and what is your age. I assure you that my tips will benefit you .

1. Keep yourself away from stress and hard work as much as possible.

2. Avoid direct sunlight.

3. Smoking can play adverse effect on your skin.

4. Water is very helpful to improve your health condition .

5. Take proper sleep with full relaxed body.

6. Clean your skin everyday

7. Fruits and vegetables are excellent sources of getting nutritions.

8. Taking a light exercise can also be very beneficial to improve skin.

Now I am suggesting some tips for Oily Skin.

An oily skin should be cleaned and washed three times a day with a high-quality face washing liquid because washing face only with soap will not do the work.

Food for Oily Skin:

Uncooked fruits and green vegetables are extremely useful for oily, skin.

I recommend you that please do everything what I have just suggested for you regularly and you will see its benefits in couples of weeks.

Nutrition has a big impact on your complexion. Clinical studies have shown that a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and omega-3 fatty acids helps skin to be (and look) healthy. Below is a rundown of the vitamins and nutrients that help your skin.

Lypocene is important for maintaining skin's health. It is an antioxidant that prevents the formation of free radicals, which attack the skin cells. Lypocene gives fruits and vegetables a red colour. Some examples of lypocene-rich foods are tomatoes and tomato products, watermelon, guava, and pink grapefruit. It has also been shown that lypocene and other antioxidants reduce the risk of cancer.

Beta-carotene is a vitamin that helps skin cells to renew. It can be found in deep yellow, orange and red foods like carrots, sweet potatoes, red and yellow peppers, spinach, mango and apricot.

Vitamin C is another antioxidant that helps the skin. It aids the production of collagen, which helps the skin to heal and keep its suppleness. Vitamin C is in orange juice, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, green peppers, strawberries and kiwi.

Vitamin B is also important. If you don't get enough of it, you might suffer with skin disorders like dry flaky skin or lesions. Vitamin B can be found in milk, cheese, yogurt, whole grains, bananas, chick peas, oats, peanuts, chicken breast, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, black beans, lentils, and asparagus.

Omega-3s fatty acids help deliver nutrients into cells, and prevent inflammation. Inflammation can cause acne. Omega-3s can be found in foods like salmon, walnuts, tofu, flax seed oil, ground flax seeds, canola and olive oil.

Last but not least: water. It eliminates toxins and helps skin to function properly. It can keep skin looking clear, healthy and young.

I use Proactive. You don't have to have horrible acne to use the product, even though some may think so. It is a great facial cleanser, and also has a toner and lotion that you use. It is a three step process, but it is very fast, and once using it for a couple weeks I was in the habit of doing it, and it took no time at all. I hardly get zits anymore, and my whole face is clear and my skin is softer. I highly recommend it!

Just put on a light, oil free sunscreen lotion in the morning after washing your face and wash it off at night. Wear a hat in prolonged direct sun and maybe use Dove soap to keep your skin fair and clean. It's pure soap, so it is very powerful in keeping your skin healthy

There are several products out on the market. I love using apricot facial scrub. It gently removes dead skin. I also use a facial wash, many brands have this, and my skin stays pretty clear.
