Sounds like your a teen.I don't know if there is any real remedy, maybe avocados high in vitamin a and maybe a vit-b stress complex.really I think time is the only remedy

You can improve your complexion by,taking proper diet,you must take some supplements of vitamin A,C...and wash your face five to six times a day with any soap or face-wash,and use cream of STILLMEN;S....it's a best cream,use before going to sleep,and drink plenty of water for good skin..:) take care with regard,Faria
