There are many foods including vegetables and fruits which can help to improve the complexion of your skin. You can use all those fruits which contain vitamin C like orange. Papayas, carrots, apples and pomegranate can also be helpful. You can also eat fish and vegetables containing vitamin A like sweet potatoes & winter squash. Use of vitamin E is also good.

Drink carrots juice 1 month 1 glass daily you can see the difference in 1 month

Yah..! By drinking carrot juice i saw the difference in a month my black complexion became white but in summers my complexion became dull its not black but it dull as compared to winters ....! So help me please what can i do for white complexion by using fruits and vegetables?

it more important to have food rich in vitamin A @ C
Vitamin A-carrots, papaya, mango, spinach, sweet potato, watermelon and tomatoes.
Vitamin C – orange, lime, lemon, guava, indian gooseberry, strawberries and green and red peppers
beside having healthy meal it is very important to drink lots of water in a day to keep the skin well hydrated and maintain its elasticity.
