Do go for a morning walk daily, espacially before sun rise. Do take eight hours sleep. Drink plenty of water. Splash water on your face continously atleast for five minutes and practice it on daily basis.

You also need to develop good eating habits. Increase fruits and vagitables in your diet.

You should also make a habit of cleansing your face before sleeping, with a good cleasener or preferably with raw milk.what you need to do is, just dip a little cooton in some milk and clean your face, neck and hands with it.Than after 15 minutes wash it off. And apply some good moisturise depending on your skin.

Skin that doesn't glow is caused by either 1) an unhealthy diet and lack of sleep 2) dead skin cells building up.

Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep and a night and drink plenty of water. Keep a plastic bottle of water with you at all times and you'll find drinking water becomes a habit.

If you go to your local beauty store you can find what's known as skin ex foliating scrub. This can be used typically once a week. You use it like you would a face wash but it has bits in that scrub off all the dead skin leaving your face refreshed and your skin glowing.

You can also wear a highlighting balm on your skin. Benefit do an absolutely gorgeous highlighter that you rub on your face called "Moon Beam" and its give you a really fresh, dewy complexion.

The face is skin. Skin needs healthy oils from within, olive oil, krill oil, fish oil, avocados. 6-8 glasses of water daily more if sweating. Sunshine is your friend, but without sunscreen. Just don't get sunburned. Ease into it, 10 min and work up to an hour. Vit D-3 is good if you cannot get enough sun. Get some exercise.

In addition, lemon juice is also quite helpful for the skin. With continued use, lemon juice brightens up the complexion and gives it a nice glow. What you do is you can put a bit of lemon juice in water to rinse your face day and night. Also, you can dab a bit of it on your face and let it sit for half an hour and then rinse (do a test first to make sure you have no allergies).

If you want to make your face glow then follow these steps

What to eat:

Fortified cereal, lean meat, pork, poultry, oysters. Zinc and iron are key to skin functioning. Zinc contributes to cell production, plus natural cell sloughing, which keeps dullness at bay. Red blood cells need iron to carry oxygen to skin, helping give you a glow. Aim for 1 serving of cereal (a cup), 1 palm-sized serving of meat or poultry or 3 oysters per day.

Always make sure your face is properly cleansed and exfoliated.
