Yes, the previous comment is right. I too have the same condition.
but you can also use a body scrub applied to a poof daily in the shower & that will help!

I have it too. I've never actually found any creams or medicines that helped. Best thing for me is to wash with salycilic acid, and/or exfoliate. And most important...don't pick at the bumps. Good luck.

Ive been researching as I have the similar problem and I keep hearing about something called Keratosis Pilaris , which can be helped by a cream called Ben Gay cream.
