Can I Lay In Tanning Bed With A Nicotine Patch?

Hello, I just started the patch today and was wanting to go tanning so I looked it up. This is what Nicodermcq site says...

I heard that you are not supposed to wear them in the beds, I believe it was said that the extra heat release too much of the nicotine and can make you sick. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
