Avon has great prices and wonderful products--there are age related products and such---if you would like to order from my site it can be shipped direct to you!
I would suggest Neutrogena non alcoholic facial cleanser it works excellently on dry skin
If you haven't discovered 'Made from Earth' yet, their "Vitamin Enhanced Moisturizer" cream is marvellous.
It's worth every penny - a jar will last you forever since there's no water in it, it's a very concentrated and rich emulsion of natural ingredients. It heals uncomfortable dry patches anywhere on your body, it softens cuticles, it makes a great eye cream when my eyes are irritated by allergies.
It is a little rich and heavy for a regular face moisturizer for me (my skin is normal although it's a little dry in the winter), although from time to time if my face is feeling tight I will dab on a little at night.

Dry skin can be helped somewhat by drinking more water and eating more fresh fruits - the best liquids our bodies can get!
Also, you may want to consider that some, not all, but some dry skin can be helped with GENTLE exfoliation...try using plain old baking soda.....pour some in your palm, slowly add drops of water until it forms a paste, then GENTLY go over your just-washed, still damp face, at least 3 times, using circular motions...do this once a week...
As for moisturizers, save your money...women spend WAY too much money on skincare, and it is NOT NECESSARY...spend the bucks on the color cosmetics; the stuff you can see when you put it on....get yourself a good blush, good lipcolor, good mascara, etc...you get what you pay for!
Skincare is so easy and simple and yet most people make it so complicated!!!
For your dry skin, try Cetaphil, (recommended by dermatologists), or Dove soap, or try Kirks' Cocoa Hardwater Castile soap, and if you can find it, Pears soap,..these are all good, gentle cleansers!!!!
Or better yet, any drugstore has their OWN version of Cetaphil; same ingredients, at a lower price..look into this and you will find it.....
...then for moisturizer, why not try cocoa butter creme or liquid? Or just store brand baby lotion? Both are simple ingredients, and not so much money, and they DO THE JOB...
Wow I could go on and on.....if you want further tips, or have any questions or concerns, let me know.....I am a retired makeup artist & always happy to share my experience and knowledge!!!!!
Hope to hear from you!

The face cream that I use, and is extremely helpful, is Pond's Dry Skin cream. They have cream that can be used just for the day, the night, etc. I use a blue colored one. ITs not too expensive, about $4 per bottle, and it works great. it can also be used as a body cream. hope this helps!
I would recommend Liz Earle Daily Skin Repair for Dry & Sensitive skin. All the products in this range contain only top quality natural ingredients, smell good and are economical as only a small amount is needed. The Cleanse and Polish is the best cleanser available, having won many awards from the industry, and is a soft and gentle non-drying cream. This range is also very good for problem or ageing skin.
I am going to say proactive. I know I know..its the one that EVERY one uses... But it so works. It makes your skin feel so good and it really really does work.
They are forever
I thing hydra boost by revlon is the moisturizer
To find the best moisturiser for your skin, you should consider what type of skin you have. Most moisturisers are offered in a range for dry, oily, combination and normal skins. If your skin is dry, you will notice that it flakes and may be itchy. If you have oily skin, you may have enlarged pores and breakouts from time to time. Combination skin means that you have a combination of these two textures on different parts of our face. Often, people who have combination skin have oiliness in their 'T zone' and dryness in other areas. This is the 'T-shaped' area that spans across your forehead and straight down from your nose to your chin. Finally, normal skin does not appear oily or dry.
Find a moisturiser that is suited to your type of skin. It may take you a little while to find the type that is best for you, so buy just a small amount to start.
