Honey can be one cure but believe it or not but I use hydrogen peroxide on my face & neck daily. Within 2 days my pimples were gone and I had clusters of pimples on the side of my face that I popped back in high school which left discoloration. After using Hydrogen Peroxide (H202) for less than a week my face was toally clear & actually brighter. Another option is using Apple Cider Vinegar. See the links below for more info.

Pimples can develop when your skin pores get clogged up with dirt and oil. Bacteria can get trapped in the pore, and that's what evolves into pimples.

The best preventive is to regularly, like daily, wash your skin gently with warm water and soap. Also, avoid oily foods, and drink lots of water. Sounds over-simplified, but it really works.

If you need a "zit zapper" remedy for existing blemishes, I have used this one successfully for my own kids:
Combine the juice of two garlic cloves with an equal amount of vinegar, and dab on the blemish every evening. Leave it on overnight, then wash it off. You can also use honey instead of the above combo.

The condition should clear up in a couple of weeks.
