Sneakers (trainers), fitted tshirts, hoodies, maybe a cool hat, jeans or other cute, comfy pants, track suits (or just the jacket or pants paired with something else) with a subtly sexy top underneath. Many girls like to wear military-inspired clothing; personally, I don't care much for camo or cargo pants, but this look has been popular for a while.
Definitely no dresses, frilly skirts, high heels, or glowing accessories. Go for comfort, and remember that one can dress up while dressing down; tshirts and sneakers are very sexy when they fit a girl well. A hoodie is easily tied around one's waist in a pinch; d n b events tend to get uncomfortably warm and you will likely want to remove your outerwear while remaining able to keep an eye on it if at a crowded party or club. If you do happen to be one of those girls who is more comfortable in a skirt than in pants, go ahead and wear one, but be sure that it is one in which you can dance (and, possibly, sit on the floor) comfortably.
Don't "dress to impress" as you might when going to a rock, pop, top-40, or other cheesy, mainstream club. Jungle/drum n bass is all about the music. You will find that the people who attend these events generally tend to be independent, nonconformist souls who won't be judgmental about the clothing or dancing styles of others. It is an environment in which people are very accepting of honesty; if one tries too hard to be fashionable or trendy, one shall stand out like a sore thumb, and not in the good way.
Confidence without conceit is the verrrrry best thing to wear to a drum and bass club/party/event. It sounds trite, but really be yourself. Wear something in which you can relax and enjoy yourself and still feel cute. :)

trainers, loose cotton trousers and a t-shirt or singlet top. Nothing fancy!! And if you have long hair, i recommend tying it back. Dnb dancers tend to mosh a bit so you'll get hot n sweaty.

be prepared to jump around and watch out for flying elbows - in my experience dnb fans are a little less Ecstasy driven and a little more aggressive than techno fans.
