It shouldn't be THAT dull. Here are some possibilities:1. More coats; it makes the color stronger and more solid.2. Cheap brand: If it's a really cheap brand (I won't say names) then it might be made so it looks really bright and awesome in the bottle but once you put it on and let it dry it becomes a duller color.3. Add some black!; last week I was in desperate need of green nail polish and I only had a few bucks on me so I went to a store and bought a one dollar tiny bottle of a light green. I really didn't think it was all that great because it looked a bit yellowish in the bottle but I used it for one of my designs (which calls for a light color, green, and black) and now it looks really BRIGHT and NEON! So, I would try using it for a design that has some black in it. It might contrast really well!(: Hope you fix your problem!
I'm not to sure....but what I do when I use neon nail polish is put on a top coat of clear nail polish that way it makes it look shiny =)
