According to my view- There are so many reasons for hair fall . First is genetic i.e. If father is having baldness then his next generations will be bald about 70-90%. Here note that his daughter has no bald because here (in female , that bald gene is recessive i.e. Not dominant) bald genes are not so active. But in male that genes are dominant , so baldness occurs. Other reasons are if the root hairs does not receive sufficient oxygen from the circulating oxygenated blood . So exercise is necessary with sufficient in taking of water of about 10-12 glass water or more . Red alert from use of any type of chemicals i.e. Shampoo, colouring agent , conditioner etc.
Heavy hair fall may indicate iron deficiency. Having 4-5 leaves of raw spinach for a month or so may help reduce such heavy hair fall. This has worked for me. Maybe it will help you too.
